Even though Steve and Roxanne’s wedding day called for rain, Roxanne was calm and collected while getting ready for her big day at the Ridgeline Hotel in Estes Park. The chances were so high that the ceremony was changed to half an hour earlier than scheduled. Coincidentally just a few clouds filled the sky during their vows. The ceremony was held at the Overlook; a remote location at the YMCA of the Rockies that offers amazing looks but not a lot of privacy for a couple getting ready for their first look. Separated by just a few trees, the guests cheered on as Steve and Roxanne saw each other for the first time. It was a joyous and unique moment. Their ceremony started out beautifully, complete with a bagpiper to honor Steve's ancestral roots. After the couple exchanged vows, we went to Rocky Mountain National Park for a few photos and the reception followed back at the Ridgeline Hotel. Despite the initial weather worries, everything about this day was beautiful; the location, the weather, the couple. Definitely a wedding no one will forget! Congratulations, Steve and Roxanne!
